Water Damage Remediation in Medford
Rainwater entered through an open french door in this Medford home. The volume of water was not extensive, but our customer was concerned about the carpeting, hardwood flooring, and expensive dining room carpet. We began to suction out the moisture and also set up a polypropylene containment barrier to confine the moisture and humidity to the affected area. Expensive artwork was hanging on nearby walls. Our drying equipment worked for a day to dry the area. By measuring with our moisture detection devices, were showed our customer that the standard indoor RH relative humidity had been achieved, and all the possessions and assemblies were safe from secondary water damage.
