Medford Commercial Center Water Damage
The rainwater entered the Medford facility through a breach in the flat roof. Since we are renowned for our slogan--We're Faster To Any Size Disaster--we were called and arrived quickly to tarp the punctured area of the roof and then begin to secure the interior. This complex building had a call and a fulfillment center, which meant we had to be careful with all the equipment and inventory within the structure. The After Photo depicts the removed wet ceiling tiles no longer a threat to the safety of the workers as we continued to remove the storm-damaged building materials.
